Joining a Presentation

If you are a Blackmagic Cloud member and receive an invitation to a presentation, you will get an email notification that contains a link. Simply click the link and follow the prompts to accept or decline the invite.

You will also see a notification in the ‘presentations’ page in Blackmagic Cloud. The presentation will be listed in the left hand sidebar under the ‘shared with me’ heading, along with an ‘invitation pending’ message. Click the presentation and click ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ to continue. Clicking ‘accept’ will open the presentation.

If you have been invited to a Blackmagic Cloud presentation as a guest you will receive a link from a presentation owner. When you click the link, the Blackmagic Cloud presentation page will open in your web browser. In the ‘join presentation’ window, enter your name and click ‘join presentation’.
