Organizations

With a Blackmagic Cloud personal profile, you can share resources such as project libraries, cloud storage and stream routers with other Blackmagic Cloud users when you need to. This is ideal for smaller jobs when you are collaborating with one or two additional users.

If you are managing larger teams across multiple productions, using a Blackmagic Cloud organization lets you add members and groups to each production, while managing Blackmagic Cloud services and resources from a central administration portal. Organizations are particularly useful when production expenses need to be assigned and tracked, as all invoicing is centralized through a single organization. Any services you add are automatically aligned to the same billing cycle so there is only one payment date each month.

You can create multiple organizations to separate billing for different clients. This allows you to manage Blackmagic Cloud costs independently on a per client basis. Once you have created an organization, you can assign other members as administrators to help manage resources.
